Our coalition tirelessly advocates for the protection of museums, botanical gardens, and ancestral territories throughout every county of the Gullah Geechee corridor, from Jacksonville, North Carolina, to Jacksonville, Florida. We provide vital resources to help descendants overcome systemic obstacles, including legal and environmental rights advocacy and dedicated support for land and homeownership to prevent displacement. Through educational workshops, youth mentorship programs, and vibrant cultural arts initiatives, we ensure that our unique folklore, language, and traditions remain a lived reality.
